The goal of the BSA shall be to promote and encourage the understanding, protection, and management of Billington Sea Town Brook and watershed ecosystems in Plymouth, Massachusetts. The objectives of the BSA are to encourage all individuals who are interested to become actively involved in the BSA; to provide means for education; to disseminate information related to the maintenance and protection of Billington Sea, Town Brook and watershed; to encourage, assist, and support the development of local, state, and national programs promoting lake/pond/stream and watershed protection, restoration, utilization, and management.
